The hotel had relatively poor standards in the rooms with some items already deteriorating. The double bed and small workplace were practical, yet the value didn't match the overpriced rates. Despite the shortcomings, the front desk staff excelled in making our stay more comfortable.
The hotel is quite small in general, with relatively poor standard rooms that showed signs of deterioration. Unfortunately, the cooling and heating unit in my room made constant noise all night long, preventing me from getting any sleep. On the bright side, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making up for some of the room issues.
The hotel had beautiful, large rooms with everything you need, although they were a bit smaller than expected and had only one pillow for sleeping. The staff was very kind, even providing a free Fanta when my room wasn't ready. The location, just across from the Midi station and near the metro, could have dual usage and be more homely, despite the rough surfaces. The dining experience, while the world-famous seasoned fries were good, could be better considering it is Belgium. The facilities are well-maintained overall.
